Where do I begin? what a wonderful small personal campsite; You know you are on to a winner when you are welcomed at the gate with a lovely piece of home made cake! Location is unbelievably convenient for the Town centre, canal walks and Pavilion but also somehow beautifully set in the tranquil rolling countryside. Toilet/showers etc are immaculate. Hosts went above and beyond what was expected to ensure that our stay was without any issues. Can't wait to return. 10/10 thank you. - M

The site has beautiful views and is in a great location. I received a warm welcome, with a lovely homemade bun! Prior to arrival the welcome pack provided lots of helpful information, with more information on things to do in and around the area, provided in the barn. The facilities are well maintained, clean and spacious - it felt more like a visit to a homely bathroom, than camping facilities. From within the barn/facilities area, I quite liked reading about the changes to the site, and future plans. The work that has already been carried out is to a high standard - the barn development is lovely, with wooden cladding and large wooden planters with flowers, also great to see. The site itself is also clean, well maintained and has all you need - easy EHU and water points. We walked to the town centre, along the canal and were surprised at the ease of getting to and from the site. The site is close enough to access all, should you wish to, but far away enough that you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you. - Rebecca T
